Warranty

Warranty Period: All Sunglasses, Spectacle Frames and Reading Glasses purchased through our official channels are covered by a one-year (12 months) limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage: The warranty encompasses manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the frames and lenses.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, tampering, or loss of components. Additionally, scratches on the lenses, corrosion caused by normal wear and tear, or varying personal characteristics/usage are excluded. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered.

Claims Procedure: To make a warranty claim, kindly follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team through the "Contact Us" page on our website or by calling +91 77100 71451, +91 98202 78107 or email us @infoantaniodonati@gmail.com along with the Order ID

- Inform us of the nature of the defect and provide your original invoice or warranty card. The original invoice or warranty card must be signed and stamped by the seller with the date of purchase.
- Upon verification, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the defective product at your convenience.

Repair or Replacement: Depending on the nature of the defect, we will either repair or replace the defective product with a new one of the same or similar model.

Post-Warranty Repairs: Even after your warranty expires, we are pleased to assist with your repair needs. Contact our customer support team for a quote for repair services.

Governing Law: This warranty policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of our products or from any defect in them.

Entire Agreement: This warranty policy constitutes the entire agreement between Global Eyewear and you with respect to the warranty of the products. Thank you for your understanding and adherence to these terms.
